How long are the counseling sessions?
Counseling sessions can last between 30 minutes to 60 minutes depending on the circumstances.
Do you pray during the sessions?
Yes, we do pray before sessions. However, client can decide not to pray if they are uncomfortable. Also, on our Intake Form, there are check boxes that you check whether prayer is ok or not. We check this for first before we pray.
Are appointments scheduling weekly?
Appointments can be weekly, bi-weekly, or once a month. It all depends of unless circumstances. Therapist considers the condition of the client and their financial ability to pay (if money is involved) for frequent visits.
What if I have something to come up and have to miss an appointment?
No problem. Things do come up. We require a 24 hour appointment cancellation notice via email, phone, or text. Failure to give us timely notice is subject to a $25 late notice fee.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
No problem. You have a 15 minute grace period before you must reschedule your appointment.
Can I receive therapy online or over the phone?
Virtual sessions are available. However, if you are using an insurance carrier, must comply with their telehealth policies.
When is payment due?
Any copays or other payments are due when services are rendered.
