Private (Self) Pay Rates

Individuals who receive counseling and is privately paying for services, can chose our telephone/video counseling option if desire. Certain conditions do apply. Call for conditions.

INSURANCE

Credit/debit cards, cash, or certified checks are acceptable payment at check-in of each session. Upon request, our office will provide a receipt for fees paid upon.

OUT-of-NETWORK
Most insurance companies will allow you to pay out of pocket and file the claim later. Check with your insurance company.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield – Contact BCBS to determine your co-pay and/or deductible.

COACHING

Most insurance will not pay for telephone/video coaching at this time but you can check with your carrier. Also note that Coaching/telephone/video coaching  must be paid for before services are rendered.
